The landmark location of this development demanded a design that maximised the picturesque views of Nelson Bay Marina, while achieving a contemporary, sophisticated and functional three-unit development to accommodate a growing family.
The design solution was to harmoniously link the indoor and outdoor environments, achieve generous living space and create a functional and liveable area through intelligent architectural form. This was achieved by demolishing the existing house and constructing an entirely new development. Frameless multi-fold glass doors are utilised on the North façade of every level allow for uninterrupted exquisite panoramic views of Nelson Bay Marina, and invites the coastal ambience into the spacious residence. A sophisticated concealed drainage tile system was utilised for the external deck areas to achieve a high spec finish, which complemented the design layout. No expense was spared on this development with key design features including highly polished hardwood floors throughout, individual spa baths on every outdoor deck, and luxurious wet-edge plunge pool accessible from the penthouse entertainment floor, capitalising on the breathtaking views of Nelson Bay’s waterfront. Every design feature oozes five-star excellence, from the top floor gymnasium and entertainment deck with plunge pool, to the three double garage spaces built underground for convenience; no limitations have stopped this design from achieving its utmost potential.
